After moving to the U.S. from England and beginning her career in the IT industry, Kinga saw a problem that needed to be fixed.
There was a disconnect between job seekers and employers, leading to a frustrating recruiting process and, worse, poor hiring decisions.
In 1998, Kinga founded her own search firm—Leaders IT Recruitment—in Lincoln, Nebraska—to bridge that gap. The firm has grown organically through satisfied clients' referrals and has since evolved into Insight Recruitment, partnering with businesses and job candidates across the country while setting the bar for what a recruitment agency should be.
"We get our clients' attention by giving them the clarity they need to make better hiring decisions," Kinga says. "We've helped candidates secure truly life-changing career opportunities, and we've made a meaningful impact on companies by helping them build stronger teams that drive long-term success."
Kinga understands what exceptional candidates are looking for while never losing sight of what businesses need most. She and her small-but-mighty team remain focused on one thing above all else: delivering on their commitments and providing an outstanding experience for every client and candidate they serve.

She moved into recruiting to take her career to the next level, and she draws on her experiences in customer service, hiring and teambuilding when she guides employers and candidates through the recruitment process.
“I enjoy being in the recruiting business because I like building relationships with people and learning about them,” Dani says. “As a recruiter, my ability to get to know people becomes an asset because I am able to not only learn what companies are looking for but also discern which candidates have the skills and personalities that will fit their needs.”
She gets a rush when candidates and employers go from being a match made in heaven to new colleagues. Dani’s done it time and time again by being attentive, consistent and positive with every client.

Tijana is an administrative professional with a background in Human Resources & Recruiting: an area she's passionate about because she can make a real difference in someone's life. With her M.S. degree specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which is the study of people in the workplace, she is at the heart of our Insight team, supporting each person and fortifying our world class service.
